GenBook provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions for e-commerce sellers, including real-time profit analytics, cost tracking, PPC analytics, inventory management, and other automation tools to help optimize business profitability.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You may not use the service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any server, or the network(s) connected to any server.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services is due in advance. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing customers.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we will not use your data for purposes other than providing our services.
7. Intellectual Property

8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall GenBook, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
